In our one-on-one sessions online I am offering a structured process of

  • deep listening

  • systematic and solution oriented dialogue

  • a safe space for developing your vision and strategies

I’m a certified relaxation teacher and certified coach. I use elements of both trainings in my guidance work, choosing whatever suits you best:

  • focusing

  • inner team dialogue

  • progressive muscle relaxation

  • mindfulness techniques

  • affirmations

In online group sessions, we will in addition look at

  • the structure of your group

  • the potential of each of its members

  • the culture of communication

  • how to align different ideas into one shared vision

  • how your group can be more than the sum of its parts

The result is what I call your aligned alive activism.
